1. Where do you ship to?
We are happy to ship to UK and most of Europe. Please see our shipping page for pricing.
2. How long will delivery take?
Most items will be shipped within 2-3 working days. Due to the large range of items we offer we cannot always guarantee that ex stock items will be available from our suppliers. Please contact us if you require an item delivered urgently and we will do our utmost to help you.
3. I can't see the product I am looking for, can you supply?
Yes is usually the answer! We maintain approx 1000 listings on the website but have access to countless 10's of thousands of products as main agents for all the big marine electronics suppliers. Please contact us for advice.
4. I am an overseas customer, do I need to pay VAT?
All our prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT. All private individuals within the EU will need to pay VAT. However, if you order through a business with a valid EU VAT number then we can send the goods tax free.
5. Do you offer an installation service?
Yes, we are happy to install equipment purchased from us within most of North Wales. We also have a network trusted installers around the UK who we can recommend.
