The IC-M25 Buoyant Marine VHF by Icom contains excellent features all within an elegant, lightweight, slim design. Weight at just 220g, the IC-M25 contains a USB connector for convenient charging from a wide range of electronic devices, making this VHF unique in the Icom handheld range. Comfortable to handle and boasting a large LCD display which is 30% larger than its predecessor, the IC-M23, allows you to clearly see the channel number and status icons, also the laser cut, curved shape buttons are well laid out and provide simple and straightforward operation. The IC-M25 floats and flashes when dropped in water making it easy to find and retrieve thanks to the flashing LCD screen, key backlight and red LED lights which blink through the rear panel showing the position of the radio. With 11 hours of battery life, the built-in 1500mAh lithium-ion battery provides 5 Watts of transmit power. Other features include AquaQuake draining function, auto scan function, dual/tri-watch functions, monitor function for noise squelch control and quick channel selection with the favourite channel function.

The optional PRO-P245-35WP headset meets IP54 waterproof protection when worn on the ear, providing protection from spray.
